    Former Pence Advisor Slams Trump’s ‘Ludicrous’ Attempt to Distance Himself from ‘Project 2025’

    In a recent interview, former advisor to Vice President Mike Pence, Olivia Troye, criticized President Trump’s attempt to distance himself from ‘Project 2025’. Troye expressed her disbelief, saying “it’s just ludicrous” to try to distance himself from a project that he was clearly involved in. Project 2025 was a plan put together by the Trump administration to combat pandemics, but was reportedly shelved in 2018. Troye’s comments shed light on the lack of preparedness within the administration, and raise questions about Trump’s leadership during the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic.
