Manchester United is reportedly on the verge of securing a deal for Joshua Zirkzee from Bologna. According to The Sun, the 23-year-old Dutch striker has a release clause of £34 million with the Serie A side. Zirkzee has had a successful season with his current club in Italy and is now close to signing a long-term contract with Manchester United. It is rumored that the Red Devils’ manager, Erik Ten Hag, is eager to bring Zirkzee to Old Trafford, along with Dutch defender Matthijs de Ligt from Bayern Munich. The striker’s release clause in his Bologna contract makes him an attractive target for the English club.

Former Chelsea midfielder Oscar is said to be eyeing a move to the United States after spending seven years in the Chinese Super League. The Mirror reports that Oscar, who had a successful stint with Chelsea in the Premier League, is considering a move to Major League Soccer. The Brazilian international made a name for himself during his time at Stamford Bridge before making a lucrative move to China in 2017. With rumors circulating about his potential move to MLS, Oscar’s next destination remains uncertain, with only Atlanta United ruled out as a possible destination due to their pursuit of a younger replacement for Thiago Almada.

West Ham United is said to be interested in Nice defender Jean-Clair Todibo, who was previously linked with a move to Manchester United. According to the Evening Standard, West Ham’s manager Julen Lopetegui is looking to bolster his defensive options this summer, with Todibo at the top of his wishlist. The Hammers have reportedly had an initial bid of €30 million (£25.4m) rejected by Nice for the center-back. Todibo, who was also a target for Tottenham Hotspur in January, is now being considered by West Ham as a potential defensive reinforcement, alongside Wolves captain Max Kilman.

Brighton & Hove Albion is looking to strengthen their squad ahead of the upcoming season under new head coach Fabian Hurzeler. The Athletic reports that the club has identified Feyenoord midfielder Mats Wieffer and Rayo Vallecano right-back Andrei Ratiu as potential signings. Brighton recently secured the signing of Gambian winger Yankuba Minteh for £30 million from Newcastle United and now aim to bolster their central midfield and right-back positions. Wieffer, who featured prominently for Feyenoord last season, is a target for Brighton due to his experience in top European competitions. Ratiu, a Romania international, has caught the eye of the Seagulls as they continue to build their squad for the upcoming campaign.
